Peter Redgrove Principal Peter J. Redgrove has served the legal community for the last thirty years as a principal founding member of NALSC, The National Association of Legal Search Consultants. For over 25 years, he was a principal of Kass/Abell and Associates, a leading attorney search firm, serving Northern and Southern California with the best candidates for the legal search community.
